Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the hosted Svitrio service at svitrio.com and admin.svitrio.com. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

1The service

Svitrio is a self-hostable operator console for multi-tenant SaaS, offered by Syrakon (Barcelona, Spain) as a hosted service. We may improve, change or discontinue features; where a change is material we will give reasonable notice.

2Accounts & eligibility

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your sign-in email and passkeys secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

3Plans, billing & taxes

• Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, per the pricing shown at checkout. Prices are in EUR and exclude VAT, which is added where applicable.
• Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle's buyer terms also apply to the purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and stops future charges.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Statutory withdrawal rights for EU consumers are unaffected.
• Per-seat plans are billed on the number of users with access; changes are prorated on your next invoice.

4Acceptable use

Don't use Svitrio to break the law, infringe others' rights, distribute malware, attempt to breach or overload the service, or resell it except as expressly allowed. We may suspend accounts that put the service or other customers at risk.

5Plugins & marketplace

Core modules are included; additional plugins depend on your plan. A community marketplace for third-party plugins is planned. Third-party plugins are provided by their authors under their own terms, and we are not responsible for them. You are responsible for what you enable on your tenants.

6Your content & data

You keep all rights to the content and data you put into Svitrio. You grant us the limited licence needed to host and process it to provide the service. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

7Software & intellectual property

The Svitrio name, brand and hosted service are owned by Syrakon. The Svitrio software is source-available under the Business Source License 1.1, converting to Apache 2.0 on the schedule stated in its repository; self-hosting is governed by that licence rather than these terms.

8Warranties & liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death, personal injury or fraud.

9Termination

You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach of these terms. On termination you may export your data for 30 days, after which it is deleted per the Privacy Policy.

10Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, and disputes are subject to the courts of Barcelona, without prejudice to the mandatory rights of consumers in their country of residence.
